I decided to take a quick little vacation to visit a friend down in Austin for the weekend, and so far it’s proving to be delightful. So far we’ve had an Animaniacs marathon, watched more movies than I can count, and today went and saw Paddington at the theater.
As always with Austin there is a plethora of good food, and a tradition my friend and I have of visiting the Crown and Anchor next to the University of Texas Campus.
Tomorrow – The Hobbit marathon, and then Sunday, family day. Not much work getting done I’m afraid, but the rest and relaxation is doing me a world of good, and I look forward to getting back to the grind on Monday.
